For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face masks. Additionally, custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received in a damaged condition.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
